Import Leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator Search

Go to LinkedIn Sales Navigator lead search.

Set your desired search filters.

Click the "Export Leads" button (visible only if you have the Baseloop Chrome extension installed).

Select the number of leads you want to export (maximum 2,500 at once).

Choose to create a new list or use an existing one.

Click "Export leads" to start the process.

Wait for the export to complete (you can close the pop-up and continue working).

The maximum export limit is 2,500 leads at once due to LinkedIn Sales Navigator limitations.

For larger exports, create multiple searches with smaller segments.

Example: If your search yields 10,000 results, you'll need to create four separate searches to export all leads.

This method is ideal for quick, ad-hoc lead list creation.

Use filters effectively to create targeted lead lists.

You can continue using Baseloop while the export runs in the background.
