This guide explains how to import leads from LinkedIn post comments into Baseloop, allowing you to capture and enrich lead data from relevant LinkedIn interactions. Enrichment adds additional information from LinkedIn profiles to your imported leads.
Requirements
Baseloop account
LinkedIn Sales Navigator account
LinkedIn post
Active Baseloop subscription (check if automation feature is included in your plan)
Steps
Go to your Baseloop list or create a new one.
Click "Import" and select "Import list from comments".
Choose your LinkedIn account (or add a new one if needed).
On LinkedIn, find the post with relevant comments. (Can be your post, a competitor's, or any relevant post)
Click the three dots menu on the post and select "Copy link to post".
Return to Baseloop and paste the post link.
Select the number of leads you want to import.
Create a new column for the source.
Click "Run source" to import the leads.
To view and extract specific information from comments:
Double click on a cell in the newly created source column.
Click on "Open Field Details".
Use the toggles to open more information about the comment and commenter.
Extract desired information as new columns by selecting the relevant data fields.
Notes
You can set this process to run automatically, similar to automated LinkedIn Sales Navigator imports.
The imported data includes the commenter's information and their comment content.
Enrichment adds details like job titles and company information from LinkedIn profiles.
Tips
Use this feature for posts with lead magnets to easily capture and follow up with interested leads.
Monitor competitor posts or industry-relevant discussions to find potential leads.
Leverage the comment content for personalized outreach.
