Import Companies from LinkedIn Sales Navigator Search

Pull companies directly from Sales Navigator searches

This guide explains how to directly import companies from a LinkedIn Sales Navigator search into a Baseloop list using our Chrome extension. Unlike lead imports, this feature focuses on bringing in company-level data.

Requirements

  • Baseloop account

  • Baseloop Chrome extension installed (link to installation guide)

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator account

Steps

  1. Go to LinkedIn Sales Navigator account search.

  2. Set your desired search filters.

  3. Click the "Export Companies" button (visible only if you have the Baseloop Chrome extension installed).

  4. Select the number of companies you want to export (maximum 1,000 at once).

  5. Choose to create a new list or use an existing one.

  6. Click "Export companies" to start the process.

  7. Wait for the export to complete (you can close the pop-up and continue working).

Notes

  1. The maximum export limit is 1,000 companies at once due to LinkedIn Sales Navigator limitations.

  2. For larger exports, create multiple searches with smaller segments.

  3. Example: If your search yields 3,000 results, you'll need to create three separate searches to export all companies.

  4. Imported company data typically includes information such as company name, industry, size, and location.

Tips

  1. This method is ideal for quick, ad-hoc company list creation.

  2. Use filters effectively to create targeted company lists.

  3. You can continue using Baseloop while the export runs in the background.
