This guide explains how to set up automated imports of companies from LinkedIn Sales Navigator to Baseloop, allowing for systematic, recurring company list generation.
Requirements
Baseloop account
LinkedIn Sales Navigator account
Active Baseloop subscription (check if automation feature is included in your plan)
Steps
In Baseloop, go to your list and click the "Import" button.
Select "Import from LinkedIn Sales Navigator".
Choose your LinkedIn account (or add a new one if needed).
Copy your LinkedIn Sales Navigator search URL and paste it into Baseloop.
Select the number of companies you want to export.
Click "Create" to generate a source field.
Setting up Automation
Click the gear icon next to the new source field.
Select "Auto run".
Click on "Run schedule" at the bottom.
Choose how often you want to run the import (e.g., weekly).
Notes
Baseloop sets a daily limit of 2,500 companies export per LinkedIn account for safety.
You can connect multiple LinkedIn accounts to increase your daily export limit.
With two accounts, you can export up to 5,000 companies per day, and so on.
Tips
This method is ideal for ongoing, systematic company list generation and monitoring.
Use this for searches you regularly check for new or upcoming companies.
Set different schedules for different searches based on how frequently you expect new companies to appear.
Regularly review and adjust your automated imports to ensure they're still relevant and effective.
Managing Automated Imports
To modify or delete an existing automated import, go to your list, find the relevant source field, and click the gear icon for options.
