Import Companies from LinkedIn Job Board

Find hiring companies for targeted outreach

This guide explains how to import companies that are hiring for specific job titles into Baseloop, allowing you to identify potential leads based on their hiring needs and automatically enrich them with additional company data.

Requirements

  • Baseloop account

  • Active Baseloop subscription (check if this feature is included in your plan)

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator account

Steps

  1. Go to your Baseloop list or create a new one.

  2. Click "Import" and select "Import companies from jobs".

  3. Set your search criteria:

    • Number of companies to find

    • Job posting date range

    • Job type (e.g., SDR, sales development representative)

    • Location (e.g., Belgium)

    • Remote job options (optional)

  4. Click "Create" to generate a new source field in your list.

  5. Click "Run source" to start the search process.

  6. Double-click on a found job in the results.

  7. Click "Open Field Details" to view all available job information.

  8. Expand "More Details" to see additional data like job title, posting date, location, and description.

Notes

  1. The import process automatically enriches company data with information such as company size, industry, and location.

  2. You're only charged for successful matches.

  3. You can set up automated imports to run on a schedule (see "Setting up Automation" section below).

Tips

  1. Use this feature to identify companies with specific problems they're trying to solve through hiring.

  2. Leverage job descriptions for personalized outreach.

  3. Experiment with different job titles and locations to find relevant leads.

Setting up Automation

  1. After creating your source field, click the gear icon next to it.

  2. Select "Auto run".

  3. Click on "Run schedule" at the bottom.

  4. Choose how often you want to run the import (e.g., weekly).
