This guide explains how to manage columns in your Baseloop lists, including hiding, reordering, sorting, filtering, and deleting.
Hide Columns
Method 1:
Right-click the column you want to hide.
Click "Hide" at the bottom of the options menu.
Method 2:
Click "Columns" above the table.
Toggle individual columns on or off.
Reorder Columns
Method 1:
Click and drag a column left or right to reposition it.
Method 2:
Click "Columns" above the table.
Drag columns up or down to reorder them.
Sort Columns
Note: Currently, sorting is available for text format only.
Click "Sort by" above the table.
Select the column you want to sort.
Choose either A → Z or Z → A sorting order.
Filter Columns
For Text Columns:
Click "Add filter" above the table.
Select a column to filter.
Choose a filter condition: is, is not, starts with, contains, does not contain, is empty, or is not empty.
Enter a value in the field (if applicable).
For Number Columns:
Click "Add filter" above the table.
Select a number column to filter.
Choose a filter condition: Equal to, not equal to, greater than, greater or equal to, less than, less or equal to, is empty, or is not empty.
Enter a value in the field (if applicable).
Delete Columns
Right-click the column you want to delete.
Click "Delete" at the bottom of the options menu.
Tips
Use filters to create more targeted lists for your campaigns.
Hidden columns are not deleted and can be unhidden at any time.
