Link enriched data across lists

This guide explains how to reuse enriched data from one list in another, saving credits and speeding up campaign launches.

Requirements

  • At least two created lists (source and destination)

Use Cases

  1. Applying enriched company data to lead-level lists

  2. Transferring lead data between different campaign lists

Link Company List Data to Lead List

  1. Open your destination lead list in Baseloop

  2. Click "Connect External Column" and select "Company" object

  3. Choose the source company list

  4. Select the column you want to connect

Link Data Between Lead Lists

  1. Open your destination lead list in Baseloop

  2. Click "Connect External Column" and select "Lead" object

  3. Choose the source lead list

  4. Select the column you want to connect

Notes

  1. Linking occurs between unique company ID and lead ID

  2. Data from two separate leads cannot be linked directly

  3. To link specific data, enrich the company first, then reuse at the lead level
