Find Leads at Companies

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find leads for your companies.

This guide explains how to find leads for companies in your list using LinkedIn Sales Navigator through Baseloop.

Requirements

  • Baseloop account

  • At least one created company list

  • LinkedIn account with Sales Navigator subscription

Set Up Lead Finding

  1. In your company list, click Table Actions β†’ Find Leads

  2. Select or connect your LinkedIn account

  3. Choose the destination lead list

  4. Specify the number of leads to find per company

  5. Enter lead search filters:

    • Current job titles (dropdown or keywords)

    • Past job titles (dropdown or keywords)

    • Seniority level and function (dropdown)

    • Geography (countries and cities, English only)

    • Recently changed jobs option (last 3 months)

  6. Click "Preview" to check filters on LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  7. Create your field and run it in the list

Notes

  1. Requires a connected LinkedIn account with Sales Navigator subscription

  2. Multiple LinkedIn accounts can be connected

  3. One credit charged for each lead found

Tips

  1. Create separate actions for different buyer personas

  2. Use the preview feature to refine your search criteria
