Connect HubSpot
Connect HubSpot once to import contacts, companies, deals and leads into tables, and to look up, create and update HubSpot records from your tables.
Before you start
You need to be able to install apps in your HubSpot account. In HubSpot that is a Super Admin, or a user with the App Marketplace access permission.
Connect it
Go to Settings → Integrations and open HubSpot, under Popular.

Click Connect.

Click Sign in to HubSpot. A HubSpot window opens.

In the HubSpot window, sign in if asked, choose the HubSpot account to connect, and approve the access Baseloop asks for. The window closes by itself.
How you'll know it worked
Your HubSpot account appears under 1 account.

Use Connect another account to add a second HubSpot account; each column then lets you pick which one it uses.
What you can do with it
Import records: open Create table and choose HubSpot under Sources. Import contacts, companies, deals, leads or custom objects from a HubSpot list, or by criteria.
Keep HubSpot updated: in the Actions panel, under CRM & exports: Create object, Update object, Lookup object, Create engagement and Get engagements.
Create object works on every paid plan. Imports and the other columns come with the Pro plan and the free trial; on Starter they show the Pro plan next to them.
Update permissions
Connections made before Baseloop supported deals and leads show Update permissions. Imports and columns for contacts and companies keep working, but deals and leads need the new permission.

Click Update permissions and approve again in the HubSpot window.
Reconnect
If HubSpot ends the connection, for example when the user who connected it leaves or the app is removed in HubSpot, the account shows Reconnect required and HubSpot columns stop running. Settings in the sidebar shows a count next to Integrations.

Click Reconnect and approve again in the HubSpot window.
If something goes wrong
The HubSpot window says you can't install the app. Your HubSpot user needs permission to install apps. Ask a HubSpot Super Admin to connect it, or to give you the App Marketplace access permission.
The HubSpot window closed, but nothing appears in Baseloop. Your browser may have blocked the window. Allow pop-ups for Baseloop and click Connect again.
Deals or leads don't show up in imports or columns. The connection needs Update permissions.
