Connect your LinkedIn account
Connect your LinkedIn account to import Sales Navigator searches and lists into a table with your own account. Each teammate connects their own account.
Before you start
You need your LinkedIn email and password, or a computer where you are signed in to LinkedIn. For Sales Navigator imports, the account needs a Sales Navigator seat.
Connect it
Go to Settings → Integrations and open LinkedIn.

Click Connect.

Sign in with your LinkedIn Email or phone and Password, then click Sign in. If LinkedIn asks, confirm it's you with the code it sends or an approval in its app (Confirm it's you).

Signing in with a password doesn't work for your account? Choose Use your LinkedIn cookies instead, paste the two cookies, li_at and li_a, and click Connect.

How to find them in the form shows where your browser keeps them:

Note: with cookies, stay signed in to LinkedIn in that browser. Signing out ends the session you copied, and Baseloop loses the connection. To connect a second account, sign in to it in a separate Chrome profile and copy that profile's cookies.
How you'll know it worked
Your account appears under 1 account, with how many exports it has made today out of its daily limit.

Reconnect when LinkedIn signs you out
LinkedIn sometimes ends a session, for example after a password change or a security check. The account then shows Reconnect required, and Settings in the sidebar shows a count next to Integrations. Imports from that account stop until you reconnect.

Click Reconnect and sign in again with the same LinkedIn account.
If something goes wrong
"That email or password didn't work." Check them and try again. If LinkedIn keeps refusing, use your cookies.
"LinkedIn limits sign-ins for this account type. Connect with cookies instead." Choose Use your LinkedIn cookies.
"LinkedIn needs one more step." Open LinkedIn in your browser or app, finish what it asks, then try again.
"LinkedIn has restricted this account." Resolve it on LinkedIn first, then connect again.
"Connected, but LinkedIn reports no Sales Navigator seat." Sales Navigator imports and searches skip this account. Check the seat on LinkedIn, then reconnect.
"That LinkedIn account isn't the one this connection belongs to." When reconnecting, sign in to the account named on the page, not another one.
