Import people or companies from Sales Navigator
Build a search in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, paste its URL in Baseloop, and get a new table with every person or company it finds, with their name, title, company, LinkedIn URL and more.
Before you start
The Pro plan or the free trial. On Starter, Sales Navigator in Create table shows the Pro plan.
A Sales Navigator search with the filters you want. Copy its URL from your browser's address bar: it starts with
https://www.linkedin.com/sales/search/people(people) or.../sales/search/company(companies).
Import it
Open Create table (the + at the top of the sidebar) and choose Sales Navigator.

Choose whose LinkedIn account runs the import:
Use my LinkedIn account: costs fewer credits. Your account needs a Sales Navigator seat and must be connected first; the button reads Connect LinkedIn until it is (see "Connect your LinkedIn account").
Done for you: nothing to set up, uses a few more credits.
Then click Continue.

Under What do you want to import?, pick People or Companies, paste the URL under Sales Navigator search URL, and set the Limit. Click Continue.

Check the Table name and the columns the import fills. Turn on Scheduled import to re-run it on a schedule and pick up new matches. Click Import & create table.

How you'll know it worked
The new table opens and fills in as the import runs: one row per person or company, with the columns listed in the review. Follow the import under Runs in the sidebar. With Scheduled import on, it also appears under Schedules.
What it costs
The import charges credits for the rows it brings in. Done for you uses a few more credits than your own account. Each LinkedIn account can export a limited number of records per day, shown on its line under Settings → Integrations → LinkedIn.
If something goes wrong
"This is a company search. Switch to Companies to continue." The URL is for the other kind of search. Pick the matching option under What do you want to import?, or copy the right search.
Continue stays greyed out ("Paste a Sales Navigator search URL to continue"). The URL isn't a Sales Navigator search page. Copy it from the address bar while the search results are showing.
The import stopped partway. Your LinkedIn account may have been signed out. Open Settings → Integrations → LinkedIn; if the account says Reconnect required, reconnect it. Then click the import column's run button and choose Run source.
I need a saved list, not a search. Open a Sales Navigator search that uses the list as a filter, and copy that search's URL.
