Find people at a company

A Find people at company column looks each company up on LinkedIn and finds the people you describe, such as heads of sales or founders, then adds them to another table, one row per person. You don't need to connect a LinkedIn account.

Before you start

You need:

  • A table of companies with each company's LinkedIn page (linkedin.com/company/...) in a column. No URLs yet? See "Enrich people and companies": its Create LinkedIn URL column finds them.

  • A table for the people. A blank one works: its columns are created for you.

Add the column

  1. In your companies table, click Actions, search for find people, and choose Find people at company.

The Actions panel with Find people at company highlighted
  2. Under Company LinkedIn URL, pick the column with the company pages. Under Destination table, click Select table and pick the table for the people (or New table). Set Max contacts per company, up to 10.

The company URL column, the destination table, and the max contacts per company
  3. Describe who you want with the filters, for example Current job titles "Head of Sales" and "VP Sales". You can also filter on past job titles, recent job changes, seniority, function, keywords, geography, industry and profile language. Click a selected value to switch it between include and exclude.

The filters: current and past job titles, recent job changes, seniority
  4. Click Save & run 10 rows, check the people it finds, then run the rest from the column's run button.

How you'll know it worked

Each company shows how many people were found, or Not Found.

Found 1 or 2 people for most companies, Not Found for two

The people appear in the destination table, with their name, job title, company and LinkedIn URL.

The people found, in the Decision makers table

From there, add Find work email or Enrich contact columns to the people table.

What it costs

Credits for each person found, shown per row in the Actions panel for one person. Companies where nobody is found cost nothing. It costs less with Use connected LinkedIn account on, which runs the search through your own LinkedIn account with a Sales Navigator seat (see "Connect your LinkedIn account").

If something goes wrong

"Not Found" for most companies. Loosen the filters: try fewer job titles, or titles as people write them on LinkedIn ("Head of Sales", not "Sales leadership"). Use Keywords only for names: for roles, use Current job titles.

Nothing arrived in the destination table. Check that the column has a Destination table, and that its cells say Found and not Not Found.

The company column holds websites, not LinkedIn pages. The action needs linkedin.com/company/... URLs. Add them first with Enrich company's Create LinkedIn URL column, or an AI agent column.
