Connect Pipedrive
Connect Pipedrive to import persons, organizations, deals and leads into tables, and to look up, create and update Pipedrive records from your tables.
Before you start
A Pipedrive account. If Pipedrive says you need admin rights to install the app, ask one of your Pipedrive admins to connect it.
Note: Pipedrive imports are ready to use. The columns that write to Pipedrive or look records up are in beta and show Beta next to their name.
Connect it
Go to Settings → Integrations and open Pipedrive, under CRM.

Click Connect.

Click Sign in to Pipedrive. A Pipedrive window opens.

Sign in to Pipedrive if it asks, choose the account to connect, and allow access. The window closes by itself.
How you'll know it worked
Your Pipedrive company appears under 1 account.

Use Connect another account to add a second Pipedrive company; each Pipedrive column then lets you pick which one it uses.
What you can do with it
Import records: open Create table and choose Pipedrive under Sources. Import persons, organizations, deals or leads from a saved Pipedrive filter, or by custom criteria.
Keep Pipedrive updated: in the Actions panel, under CRM & exports: Create object, Update object, Lookup object, Create activity and Get activities.
Create object works on every paid plan. Imports and the other columns come with the Pro plan and the free trial; on Starter they show the Pro plan next to them.
Reconnect
If Pipedrive ends the connection, for example when the user who connected it leaves or the app is uninstalled in Pipedrive, the account shows Reconnect required and Pipedrive columns stop running.

Click Reconnect and sign in again.
If something goes wrong
The Pipedrive window closed, but nothing appears in Baseloop. Your browser may have blocked the window. Allow pop-ups for Baseloop and click Connect again.
