Download a CSV
Export a table to a CSV file to open it in a spreadsheet or load it into another tool. The file holds the rows your current view shows and its visible columns, so set up the view first if you only need part of the table.
Export a table
Open the table and pick the view you want to export. Its filters decide which rows go in, and its visible columns decide which columns do.
Click Table settings (the gear at the right of the header) and choose Download CSV.

The export runs in the background. Keep the dialog open, or click Continue in background and keep working. The file downloads when it is ready.

Download an export again
Every export stays under Settings → Exports for 7 days. Click Download next to the file you need.

Common questions
Which rows and columns end up in the file?
The rows the current view shows and its visible columns, in the table's column order. To export less, filter the view or hide columns before you click Download CSV.
It says an export is already in progress. What do I do?
Wait for that export to finish, then start the next one. You can follow it under Settings → Exports.
My download link stopped working.
Exports are kept for 7 days. After that, export the table again.
