Enrich people and companies
Enrich contact and Enrich company fill in what LinkedIn knows about a person or a company. Enrich contact adds a person's name, headline, job title, company and location. Enrich company adds a company's industry, size, website, headquarters, founding year and description.
Before you start
You need a column with each row's LinkedIn URL: a person's profile (linkedin.com/in/...) for Enrich contact, a company page (linkedin.com/company/...) for Enrich company. A name or a domain alone is not enough; if you don't have the URLs yet, step 2 shows how to find them.
Add the column
Click Actions in the table's header, search for enrich, and choose Enrich company (or Enrich contact, which is also under Add column).

Under LinkedIn URL, pick the column that holds the URLs. No URLs yet? Choose Create LinkedIn URL column at the bottom of the list: it adds an AI column that finds each URL from the other columns, and the enrich column reads from it.

Under Output columns, keep or change what becomes a column of its own. Enrich company starts with Company Name, Industry, Website and Employee Range; Enrich contact with Full Name, Headline, Job Title and Company.

Click Save & run 10 rows. When the first results look right, run the rest from the column's run button.
How you'll know it worked
The enrich column shows each company's or person's name, and the output columns fill in next to it. Not found means LinkedIn had nothing at that URL.

Everything else it found is in the cell's full value: double-click a cell to see it, and add any other value as a column with Add column, for free.
What it costs
1 credit for each person or company found, shown as 1/row in the Actions panel. Not found and failed cells are free.
If something goes wrong
The button says "Missing fields" and the panel says "To save, fill in LinkedIn URL". Pick the column that holds the LinkedIn URLs under LinkedIn URL.
Many companies were not found. Check that the column holds company pages (linkedin.com/company/...), not people's profiles or the companies' websites. Enrich contact needs the opposite: people's profiles (linkedin.com/in/...).
Does it update my CRM? No. Enrich columns only fill your table. To write the results to your CRM, add a CRM column, such as HubSpot's Update object, that reads them.
