Run a column and fix failed cells
A column that runs an action or an AI agent fills its cells only when it runs. Run it on a few rows first, then on the rest, and run it again on just the cells that failed or came back empty. Each takes a few clicks.
Run a column
Click the run button (▷) in the column's header.
Choose how many rows: First row, First 10 rows, First 100 rows, or All empty & failed rows for every row that has no result yet.

Start with a few rows, check the results, then run the rest. With rows selected, the same button reads Run N selected rows.
How you'll know it worked
Each cell shows how its run ended:

Check: done. Double-click the cell to see everything the action returned.
Red cross and text in red: failed.
Not found: the action ran but found nothing, for example no company page.
Slashed circle, "Run condition not met": the row didn't match the column's run condition, so it was skipped.
Spinning ring, clock or dashed circle: still running, waiting for a column it reads, or queued.
Fix failed cells
Hover a failed cell to read why it failed.

Fix the cause: fill in the value the column reads, reconnect an account under Settings → Integrations, or change the column's settings.
Run it again on just those cells. Either choose All empty & failed rows from the column's run button, or drag across the cells and click Run empty & failed in the bar that appears.

Run empty & failed skips cells that already have a result. Force run all cells runs every selected cell again and replaces what is there, using credits for each.
When a whole run fails
Most problems fail single cells. When a run stops as a whole, for example because an API key was rejected, it appears under Runs in the sidebar, on the Failed tab. Click Open column to go straight to the column's settings, fix the cause, and run it again.

If something goes wrong
Cells say "Not found". The action had nothing for those rows. Check the inputs, such as a missing domain or a LinkedIn URL in the wrong column. After fixing them, All empty & failed rows runs those cells again too.
A few cells failed, but the run is under Completed. That's expected: single failed cells don't fail the run. Filter the column by has an error to list them.
I changed the column's settings but the results did not change. Cells keep the result of the run that filled them. Select them and choose Force run all cells.
Does running again use credits again? A cell that runs again costs the same as its first run. Cells skipped because they already have a result cost nothing.
